This recall involves Catlike Kompact™ adult bicycle helmets. The helmets were sold in two sizes (small/medium and large/extra large) and various colors. The sizing label inside the helmets reads "Kompact" and "SM/MD" or "LG/XL."

Monarch Velo is no longer in business and has no product or ability to refund the consumers purchase price. Consumers can either get another type of helmet from the retailer they purchased the helmet from, or contact Catlike in Spain, who was the manufacturer of the helmets.
