The Halloween House is all black in color with wire-web windows, mesh rooftops and a brick-front exterior. The house is made of metal and measures 14.5 inches in height. The base of the house is a thin flat piece of metal surrounded by a black wire metal fence. The house holds four tealights on the bottom floor and one inside the turret. "Made In China" is written on a sticker on the bottom of the house.

Consumers should go to their Pottery Barn store with the purchase receipt, if available, to receive a complimentary set of metal tealights and a warning sticker to place on the item for future users, that states: "Warning - Do not use plastic tealights. Use only with metal tealights."
