This recall involves "Taylor" model burnished nickel metal desk lamp. The adjustable lamp is 16 to 24.75 inches high with adjustment points at the base, mid-shaft and shade. An "O" logo is engraved on the tube cup under the rotary power switch and the name "OTT-LITE" is engraved on the front of the base. Model number 13Z63BN9 or 13T63BN9 is printed on a black label on the underside of the base.
