This recall involves JHBL LED light fixtures manufactured between August 2014 and June 20, 2015. Manufacture dates are located on the product label near the top of the light fixture. The light fixtures measure 16 inches high by 22 inches wide and weigh about 40 pounds. The fixtures are painted white die castings with raised heat dissipating fins every 2 inches. The lower die casting with fins is approximately 4 inches from the driver compartment box. Units shipped after June 20, 2015 are not included in the recall.

Consumers should immediately contact Lithonia Lighting to receive a free chain to secure the fixture to the ceiling. Lithonia Lighting is contacting all known customers.
