The recall involves one pool and spa drain cover, Model MDX, (sold after 12/18/2008). Markings on the cover will indicate MDX logo, a maximum flow rating of 64 GPM, ASME A112.19.8 - 2007, VGB 2008 and include the USPC Shield.

Pool owners/operators and consumers who have one of the recalled pool or spa drain covers should immediately contact Paramount to receive a replacement cover.
